Exercise your rights related to your personal data (Data subject request)

The personal data required in this form is necessary to enable Danfoss processing your data subject request. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of identifying your personal data within Danfoss` systems Furthermore, it may be shared with Danfoss` legal and privacy teams for processing and preparing a response to your request.

Danfoss will keep the information you provide on/in this form securely from the time of your request until three 3 years from the date of Danfoss response for: (1) record keeping purposes; (2) compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Access to your personal information in this request will be limited to only those employees who have a need to know and will only be used for purposes related to your request.

Upon receipt of your completed Data Subject Request form, we will provide you with information on your request within thirty (30) days. This period may be extended by up to an additional sixty (60) days under some circumstances, considering the complexity of your request and the number of requests you have made.

If Danfoss decides not to fulfill your request, we are required to notify you within thirty (30) days about our reasons for not doing so.

Please note.: that if you are making a Data Subject Request and the personal data you request reveals details directly or indirectly about another person, Danfoss will need to seek the consent of that person before disclosing that information to you. If part or all the information you have requested would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others, we may not be able to disclose the information to you, in which case you will be informed promptly and given full reasons for that decision.
